Sorry it's not too entertaining yet.  But I am not ready to show anything yet!  IC82 has not shown anything yet, but look how much people are looking forward to his layout!  Maybe I will just delete the thread...

I don't know who its of, but that looks A-MAZ-ING!

Den ;)

it sounds irish to me, :o but as long as my actor replicates it, I don't care :)

I know Peter Sam is English,  but I want him to have a similar voice to the CGI series;)
#263
That would be good,  but I don't want too many northern/scotish accents,  and peter sam is irish.

But I might just have what the actor can do best!  then again,  Murdoch was built in crewe or swindon,  so maybe a west country accent would be good for him,  freeing up a northern accent for Duncan!  IDK,  but I hope T&F:RB! will be good, and with the people behind it with me,  it will be one of the best on the network!

Just for everyones info, even if in-accurate,  I will make my narrow guage sets double tracked...to keed it CGI acurate!

Thomas & Friends / Shawn's Layout thread

Just before I start:
GET OVER THE FACT THAT I MADE A NEW TOPIC!

That aside,  This layout is not a big one like IC82, but will have...

-over 20 locomotives  (and counting)
-DC and DCC
-20 trees
-over 50 trucks (and counting)
-30 coaches
-over 15 buildings
-and more!

Videos will start this fall.

Also before you ask,  this is not what thomas reborn! will be filmed on.  It will be filmed on a bunch temporary layouts.

Also, if by some miracle of God you manage to catch him online,

^LOL ;D

Moving on,

££££££££££££££££££££££££!!

But Thank you for that.  How much are those models? I guess they are pricey!  And with those would I need to make my own outside cylinder rods?

Still, ££££££££££!

I have come up with some criterion for what the character voices will sound like,  here it is.

All other speaking engines I want to sound like the UK VOICE ACTORS!

Murdoch: Northern accent, yorkshire accent ,

Donald and Douglas:  Glaswegian accents.

Duncan:  Irish accent

Rusty:  west country accent.

      -Shawn

PS:  I might not need a sir Hayden (sir Handel) kit.  Kits I do need tho arr Talyllyn (Skarloey). Edward-Thomas(Peter Sam; with geisl ejector),  Dolgoch (Rheneas) ,  Douglas (Duncan) and Midlander (rusty) I might scratch build him tho, for CGI accuracy;)

And can someone tell me what chassis I need for them?  I know where to find out, but I am kind of lazy :P

Those reasons are why I am asking!  It's fine.  Your layout comes before me.  Of course;)
