I would be very interested in buying Bachmann Brass.  Their engines are some of the finest made and at a reasonable price.  I'm sure they could make better clamps and switches

All I've been hearing is rumors, but I was also told at the show in York Pa.,it would be a 2-8-2, and it would be extra special.  Bachmann has came from toys to very fine models.
My 2-8-0 is the favorite of all my engines.  I do wish Bachmann would produce their own track, I know it would be done right.

I just traded for a box of USA track and it far better than the other brands. Mostly the ties are stronger.
I have about 1100 feet of track down and five full boxes (300 feet) unopened.  I don't have the elbow grease it takes to  get it going.

I hear that the track I use is about to double in price.  It was not the best but the cheapest, my reason for buying it.  The time are made from solf plastic and don't last long.
Is it possible that Bachmann may start selling outdoor track?
A New England brand of track is better than anything else availabile now.

Mr Bachmann showed me the new box car at the York Show Sat. They have a lot of detail, a must have item.

I'm leaving for the show at 11:00 tomorrow, but I have to stop in Wheeling WV for a hockey game. I'll be at the show early Sat, look for a fat guy.
If, Bachmann makes the new K-??, I'll have one.  I love the Connie.

I have 8 of the 3 ft Aristo turnouts.  I'm going to add switches in a few months, but I will go with wideLGB. The LGB just work better for me.  I've had the Aristo Craft turnouts down for over a year, but I have ran trains across them yet.

Large / Repair time

I sent a Shay to Bachmann for repair, and they've had it 3 or more weeks, how long does it take.
It's one of the first Shay's but it's never been ran, the rear axle is Dead.

Look at the suggested price of a three truck Shay.  I love my Bachmann engines and my favorite of all my engines is the Bachmann 2-8-0.
I have the three truck Shay, but it's stays in the box until my layouts running again.
I usually get a free catlog from my dealer, but he's just about stop selling Bachmann.
The Bachmann Web Page does a real good job of showing their products.
BUTT, there is a couple rooms in the house where a catalog is very useful addition.
