This loco has undergone continuous upgrades since it was introduced decades ago.
The latest motor is very likely improved since 2000.

Well, fellows, I believe I've gotten to the bottom of the misunderstanding.
The Teddy/Billys have indeed shipped, but from the factory. They should be landed and shipped
from Philly by the end of the month.
I'm excited too!

Hi Teddy!
There were only four locos flown in for the show.
NERCS is installing a RailPro battery/ sound setup in
the painted-unlettered loco.  It will be on display and operated at
their booth.
The other three will be on display at the Star Hobby booth.
Visit them there!
