Ordering Parts

What am I doing wrong?  I go to "Order Parts," pick parts, get through the "shopping basket" stage, confirm the order, then click on check out.  I'm asked to register, etc. I can't get past that stage.   I must be doing something wrong.  What?

Parts are difficult to get from them, you should be here i n Australia no one wants to know us.

I'm having trouble too - ordered some track connector wires and get the message "we don't have a shipping method to your country" - I'm in the UK and it's 'on the list' so I'm rather surprised about this... perhaps my order's not big enough and I need to add a  K-27 or similar
