USRA 0-6-0 tender trucks.

On the USRA 0-6-0s are do the tender trucks have 33" or 36" wheels? I'd like to upgrade them to metal.

They should be 33".

I have put 33" metal wheels in the trucks but they look a little off. Coupler height seems to be ok.
