USRA 4-6-2 wiper issue.

It did it again after months of running.  The wiper hung on a turnout guard.  Train came to an abrupt stop. Pulled this loco from the roaster until I can find a permanent solution.  The light mountains do not have this issue and they have hanging wipers. The only thing I have not tried is removing the front driver wipers completely.
