Broken Smoke Stack?

Hello  All,
New to the forum and first post.  I just bought a beautiful new 2-6-0 in large scale and the smoke stack was broken off during shipping.  The parts fit back together so loosely that whenever the train moves and rounds a corner, the smoke stack just falls off and rolls off the side.   Should I send this back?  I haven't had any luck trying to contact Bachmann service so far, so Im hoping the folks here can help.

Have you tried using a touch of glue?
