PANNE INFRAROUGE SUR EZ-COMMAND

Bonjour,
Je suis en panne d'infrarouge sur ma EZ-COMMAND DYNAMIS.
L'écran affiche bien toutes les icones de fonctions sauf celui du niveau d'infrarouge en haut à droite de l'écran.
Aucune commande ne passe aux locomotives, j'ai mis des piles neuves mais rien.....
Si quelqu'un a réussi à réparer ce problème, je veux bien de l'aide...
