My shay engine only runs in reverse. Sept. 18, 2018 repairs were completed on 2 large scale trucks upgrade kit, customer invoice 00038247. I only run train during holiday season. My train stopped running correctly Dec. 20, 2019, less than 3 months since new trucks installed. When I try to run forward, only moves 3 or 4 inches. Is there anything I can do ? Thanks, Steve
