additional track for village streetcar set

i'm doing my christmas village and i need some pieces of straight track for the Village street car set.  what do i buy and where? also, will adding track mess up the trains automatic return?

To maintain the reversing function you need to buy the special EZ auto-reversing track: #44548 for the straight track. Curved auto-reversing track is also available #44549. Use of ordinary EZ track will result in the reversing function not working.
