Hi all, a surely silly question, but the plastic coal load on my 81197 Shay should only be fixed by snapping in but does not move. Any ideas? Thanks, Peter

Peter,

No question is silly, but I see no one has answered.    I am saying this from memory which is not always great.  The tender is held in place by a single screw inside the hatch.  once loose you tilt the whole tender up and forward and it lifts off the retaining tabs.  Once off you can look at the load from the bottom and maybe see a better way to remove it.
Not sure this will help, but good luck.
