Sound Steam Locomotives

Is there a steam locomotive that works on 9 3/4 track that will take DCC sound cards? Western US type locomotive?

The Bachmann 2-8-4 Berkshire is the only steam locomotive currently available with DCC and Sound. It is available in Chesapeake and Ohio, Nickel Plate Road & Pere Marquette liveries. These railroads did not operate on the west coast of the US.
Bachmann does offer a Union Pacific DD40AX Centennial diesel locomotive with DCC and Sound. The Union Pacific of course operated throughout the Western United States.

I am fairly certain other manufactures offer a 4-6-6-4 Challenger and a 4-8-8-4 Big Boy in Union Pacific livery that come equipped with DCC and sound.
