Trucks

I am new to n scale and been over 20 years since I did HO.
A lot has changed!
I found 4 n scale cars at a garage sale and would like to change out the trucks to Bachman  part number 42535 n roller bearing trucks. Is this possible? The screw that holds the trucks in place look like it would interchange.

Any help would be helpfull

Some times the hole on the truck may need to be enlarged to fit over the screw post.
The trucks should have some side to side play in them and not be too tight, so they will not bind on curves.
