I have a Silverado Locomotive has sound and smoke.
The sound has never worked.
Has anyone had this issue with a new locomotive?
The smoke bearly works. Very little smoke comes from the stack.

Hi, Schward.

Welcome to the board.

The instructions for chuff operation are on page 12 here:

http://www.bachmanntrains.com/home-usa/dwg/dwgs/Big_Hauler_Instructions.pdf

If your chuff sound still doesn't work, let us know, we'll go from there.

Hope this helps.

Sincerely,

Joe Satnik

Edit: Grammar
If your loco is too heavy to lift, you'd better be able to ride in, on or behind it.

Schward,

As far as the smoke goes, it is normal that you get very little smoke.  The smoke increases with the increase in speed(voltage).  Even at higher speeds the smoke dissipates quickly.  Be sure to turn off the smoke switch when not in use as the unit will burn out without fluid.

Did you figure out the chuff?

Have fun!
