DD40AX Consisting

I have DD40AX #6900 with Sound and #6910 without sound. I'd like to consist them. When I do #6910 is bucking and grinding badly so I need to speed match them. Has anyone been successful doing this and is willing to share the settings used for both?
SV, AV, DV, etc?
