Converting On30 Heisler to On3

Anyone have suggestions on how to do this?  I have converted a shay.  But can't even tell how to remove the trucks from the Heisler.

Frank, you know one thing for sure ....it was assembled, so it should disassemble to.
I suppose there is an isometric drawing included with the loco!??

Hi Frank

I can help with the trucks, they just snap off their bolsters and the drive shaft slides right out.
