Hi,
I have always hard time to take out this connector between loco body and tender.  Do you have any tool you can recommend for this task? ???

Very easy. Buy a jewelers screw driver set and use a straight blade small one to gently pry the connector loose. I have been doing that for many years.

Any model railroader should have a set of these. I see the sets sold almost anywhere.
I have three sets and they come with the Phillips screw driver required to open any model railroad
loco or tender.

I have used a plastic, blade type fuse puller for automobiles, while working on cabnet type video game boards in the past. Sort of like tweezers with a ridge to catch the ridge on the end of the plug. If the plug has a lock tab you will need the screwdriver too, but pulling straight instead of prying is better for the plug connecters and board pins.
