Logger mike... Get yourself a NCE DCC System with the 5AMP Booster Problem Solved Have my NCE DCC system 4 years now no Problems at all My LOCOS on-track program with no problems or issues & takes less than 10 minutes.....

Mike, glad you found the Address 00 procedure; I thought I had sent you the procedure to try in a Personal Message Tuesday, 3/1/16. Seems not.   :-[

BTW, I would have suggested address 0000.
