1980s Amtrak N Scale question

I acquired a 1980s Amtrak set that is missing several pieces.  I was wondering if anyone could tell me which set this is and maybe which pieces are missing.  The set contained a Amtrak E60CP engine and 3 passenger cars.  The power pack is missing (part no. 6605), the track is missing and there is 2 empty slots in the box.  Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

If you have the loco and cars, you already have the hardest to replace and most expensive parts of the set.

The missing track components and power pack should be available at most hobby shops.  I know Hobbytown is a chain that carries these.

Who knows what was in the empty slots?  Hookup wire, maybe?  Whatever it was, it would still be available.
