Cirkit:)

How do you mean?
In the one shot that shows Emily, she is asleep, and it's a bit hard to tell what's going on with her face anyway.

Caitlyn and Connor's faces look a little odd to me, just because of the shape of the front of their bodies. They do have interesting color schemes, and it seems Caitlyn has coaches..? Wonder what that is about.

Nice to see that Stephen will be attempting actual work. That can't be the cause of him disappearing in the movie, though. Might be something about the 'Crown of Sodor', or whatever the merchandising calls it.

The castle drawbridge looks like it has narrow gauge track on it. For Millie, I would assume. I don't imagine we'll be seeing any of the other narrow-gauge engines up at Ulfstead Castle, but I would think Millie would make an unexpected trip to the BMQ or something in the future.

Anyone see Jack move about just before the drawbridge scene in the trailer? Maybe he'll be doing a lot more come the special..!

Rather excited for this one. Can't wait to see what else is in store for it.

Are Connor and Cailtyn the same class?

Zorran202

Not really, since Caitlin is based on the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad streamlined President Class and Connor is based on the New York Central Railroad's Hudsons...

I think the diversity will allow younger Thomas fans to learn the differences in equipment run on railroads world wide. (Thomas taught me about buffers, as we do not use them here in the U.S.A). Another aspect may be that over time Thomas has become very popular here in the "States" too, every little kid knows Thomas now, but recently Disney has began a series of cartoons/stories which involve their own train characters, reminiscent of the "Cars" movies, their popularity is growing :-[.  This crew of new Sodor "visitors"(hopefully) may be one method to help "tame the beasts attack" on Thomas's popularity here. Stephen may also contribute by subtly reminding people where early steam rail progress came from, Great Britain. Our star Thomas's classic British look, I think, will always remind folks of his "Sodor" heritage. The U.K did attempt to use various U.S. models(too heavy, tore up track) and many European trains didnt work out here(we run loooong trains) so historically its kinda accurate. Diffrent trains for different jobs. If it helps, try not to think of it as being less British by "letting in" the rest of the world. Think of it as allowing the rest of the world to become more British. After all Sodor is a lovely Island who wouldnt want to make friends and stay a while? Might learn something.
PS- I always thought D&D diesels looked more German made rather than American.

Plus, it's a fictional island, which at this point shouldn't surprise anyone...

According to this, Millie will be French. Huh, now we have a third narrow gauge engine released into the CGI series that doesn't have a British nationality (I mean Victor is Cuban/Spanish, Luke is Irish, and now Millie will be French). Interesting indeed, that's the only interestind tidbit I found out of that. :P

PasqualeCS96

Is her class of a French design?

Zorran202

Yeah, after looking up her basis, it turns out that her builder/creator is of French origin, thus she is indeed French. Glad to know they researched her basis very meticulously I suppose :P

Of course they have.  Andrew B. has been batting 1000 so far!

If you saw the polish version, what are the thoughts? I LOVED IT!!

I think the only problem with arc's animation is the look of the faces, but the rest is amazing.
