Original Bachmann Shay Refurb

Hi-
When Bachmann repairs an original 2truck Shay (doing so recently) do they automatically replace the trucks with the revised diecast ones?  All I can find out is that the loco would not run, hence the return to Bachmann.  The trucks have 6 screws on the bottom plates from what I see.

Dear Gandy,
No, they are replaced with new plastic trucks. You can, however, arrange for the metal trucks at extra cost.
