Whats needed to make dcc ready dcc?

   What do I need to buy to control my dcc ready train, and how do I make the dcc not just ready.  I have 3 dcc ready Bachmann steamers all running on dc now.

You need to buy one decoder for each locomotive and then soldier the wires to the appropriate soldier pads. Take measurements for space and check how many amps each loco draws to determine which decoder to use.
