Did you mean the Fn3 version or the Big hauler version?  It is was made in both scales both with the same road number.

Here are a couple of links which show size differences.  The pictures do no show a box car but look at the pictures of the passenger cars you will see the size difference right away.  The 1:20.3/Fn3 cars are quite large compared to their smaller 1:22.5 Big Hauler cousins. There are pictures in the online catalog that might will show the detail differences.

The Spectrum (1:20.3) version is about 18" long the big hauler version would be between 14 and 15 inches long.
