White Pass &Yukon DCC Installation

I have the N Gauge White Pass loco and two passenger cars that I purchased two years ago at the gift shop while visiting Scagway. I wanted to add DCC but can not figure out how to get at the wiring inside. Is there somewhere I can find a diagram or some information on this?

Which loco comes with the set? I assume the set is only available from the gift shop because I haven't seen that one before.

If it comes with the 4-4-0 old time loco, you are really out of luck. There is no room for a decoder with out some major surgery.

The only mention I could find for a White Pass & Yukon set was in G Scale.

It was not even a set. Loco and passender cars sold separately. It is the old time steam loco. I am willing to permanently attach a passenger car to house the decoder and speaker if I could only get at the wiring.

The loco you have is on Athearn/MDC Old Time 2-8-0 specially customized as WP&YR No. 61. [Athearn 99196]
