The truth is Stepney has very little chance of being made. Regrettable but there it is.

Well, if that is the case, then engines wanted like Boco, Daisy, Oliver, Arthur, Murdoch etc will never be made, simply because they haven't been seen enough for anyone to know who they are

Olivers had enough fame and episodes. Arthur and Murdoch are just good luck gambles. Boco and Daisy will probably never see the light of day again.

Honestly I can see both Duck and Oliver coming out next year after the announcements we saw for this year.  The two great western engines together in one year...classic idea for sure!   Diesel could squeeze his way in too.

I do agree with Sparks though, Arthur though has a higher chance of coming out then Murdoch IMO. 

Boco and Daisy ain't happening sorry to say...
