Regauging of Bucyrus Shovel to On30?

However. It's O gauge. Can those trucks be replaced with ON30 trucks from Bachmann?

More likely such a machine would have had the wheels pushed in on the axles as there was usually driving machinery in the trucks.  I may have some wheel sets. gj
