dummy knuckle couplers for AM Fleet cars

The AM Fleet cars are now shipping with two possible couplers, Rapido and Knuckle dummy couplers.

When are the dummy knuckle couplers going to be available to retrofit ones that arrived with rapido couplers.  The rest of my rolling stock has knuckle couplers, so the AM Fleet cars with rapidos can not be used.

Also, there is no known  conversion by other mfrs.
