Bachmann On30 2-6-6-2 in October?

Horizon Hobby has an order page for an On30 Spectrum 2-6-6-2/Tender with DCC, Ptd/Unlet (product number BAC28798), due early October 2009.  There are also listings for locos lettered as Midwest #44 and Colorado Mining #48.  Horizon puts its own price at $395, while Lin's Junction has it at $401.30 (MSRP about $500).

I am new to the forum -- is this loco being discussed?  I hope it's not a mistaken listing, and I hope it becomes available in a side-tank version.

I just looked at Caboose Hobbies web page.  They are saying November delivery with DCC with and without sound.
