Wiring question

[Suffolk]

I’m using Bachman electric (power routing) switches and ez track.  I put a Gap in both rails between inner and outer loop switches. Also have a Gap on inside rail at middle inner loop (left side of picture where the red line intersects the middle loop.  Power is to outside loop.   Train won’t run past outer to inner switch.  How do I wire this? Where else do I need gaps?    Thanks.
