Oliver not working!

Could anyone please help me figure out why my Oliver just stopped working entirely today during my running session.  He was working just fine, then all of a sudden, stopped. It's like his wheels are locked up. I got him to run very briefly in reverse on my wheel cleaner, but when I tried to switch to forward, it stopped again. I ran all the engines on the track cleaner while I was getting all my rolling stock out. Any suggestions? I don't wanna have to completely replace him if I don't have to

trying to help on a forum i do not think will be helpful. try a local train store like hobby shop who works on engines or maybe bachmann has a support phone number or you could send in the engine to them to fix. not sure if its cost effective as much as buying a new oliver but likely some youtube channels could be helpful.
