Amfleet Interior Lights

Hi

I recently bought 3 N-Scale Amfleet Cars online (Items 14168, 14169, 14170). The Description on the Case says "with Lighted Interior", but there is no Lighting installed (I opened One). Trucks also don't look like they would transmit Electricity to the Interior.

Are there any Repair- or Add-on Kits available to add Lighting to those type of Cars?
