The latest version is 1.2.134 released on June 11, 2021.

I've looked all over the Android app store and can't locate the E-Z app. Is there a trick to the search?

E-Z App is currently unavailable on the Google Play store due to an account issue. We are working on making it available again. In the meantime, BlueRail Trains E-Z App can be used to control your trains:
