New N Scale 2-8-4 Berkshire w/ Sound Value Stalls

I just received a N scale Bachmann 2-8-4 locomotive with Sound Value. I am using Kato Unitrack. The locomotive stalls in different places on the layout, not always in the same placed. I have 5 other DCC locomotives, 2 Bachmann, 2 Kato and Broadway limited and all run with no issues. Any suggestions as to why or how to remedy this problem.

Did you remove the small piece of black foam packing insulation that comes wedged between the trailing truck and the locomotive chassis? I didn't notice it on mine at first and had all sorts of problems.

Thank you. I didn't see that piece a black foam. I removed it and what a difference. I can now run very slow with out a stall. I was so disappointed when it didn't run as anticipated. Now it runs like I had hoped.
