I recently purchased a K-27  (Nov 2013) and noticed the front pilot truck was warped, I then checked the online parts store for a replacement but they were out of stock, so I then sent off an email, with pictures, to the Parts Team and and a separate email to Customer Service.  I got an immediate reply from both Departments, and Ash from the Parts Team sent me a replacement pilot tuck at no charge.

I just wanted to let everyone know what a great group they are and thank Ash and Laura for their very professional service and excellent support.
