Village On30 Trolley problem

My Village On30 reversing trolley will run OK for about 10 minutes, then stop. I turn off the power, put it on the track and it runs again for the same amount of time then stops. Track is installed according to the instructions, track and wheels are clean, power OK. Any suggestions as to how I can fix the problem? Would like to have it running for this year's holiday display at my house.

Is there still power at the track when the trolley stops? Check with a multimeter.
