What is the difference In The Bachmann 44901and 44902 ez command control

Searching both Bachmann and Walthers' websites, '44901' returns product not found error message, while '44902' shows the basic EZ Command System set. My guess would be that perhaps '44901' is a discontinued earlier version, while the '44902' is it's replacement.

44901 is the part number for the controller, if you order 44902 it comes with the controller with part number 44901
