Toby NOT working ...

Hello Guys ,

I hope you can help me .
So Toby was running on my Layout .
As he passed the Hornby Track Switch he came to a complete stop !
I tried to run him again & push him but no luck !
Toby was one of my favorite engine .All the other engines works fine through the points !
Please Bachmann Help me . Those i have to send it back to you ? Will it cost me something !

Same thing happened to all my Engines once. Clean the track and wheels is all i can say.
