How do you access CV on your Bachmann DCC Commander?

I have a Athearn HO diesel that is capable to Soundtraxx & CVs, but with my Bachmann DCC Commander, I don't know the steps or what button to press to access the locomotive's CVs.

I also have a Bachmann HO diesel with Soundtraxx & capable to CVs.

If you are talking about changing CV's with Bachmann's E-Z Command, you can't do it. E-Z Command is a basic DCC system that doesn't allow you to change CV's.
