DCC wiring On30 Porter

Up grading my Porter with a tender which requires moving the decoder. All the factory wires are black!I can figure out what goes where on the engine but the decoder is another matter. Help

The circuit board between the locomotive and decoder is basically a pass-through board that combines the two LED outputs into one.

You can see in this image the traces go from one side to the other with the exception of the LEDs.  The rear side of the board is labeled better on my porter.
