Hello, I was trying to install a Phoenix sound system on a Spectrum Forney, and I ended up shorting out the main circuit board.

Is there a way I can get a replacement, a Phoenix has no instructions on how to do it, so I need help with the installation on what goes where.  I just used power and ground for the motor on powering up the sound board, and the chuff is where things went wrong.

How can I get ahold of a replacement circuit board?  Thank you

Hi Chris,

Sorry to hear about your misfortune.
Which circuit board did you short out, the Phoenix, or the one on the Forney?   What exactly happened that you know the board was shorted.

If you damaged your Forney and you are sure it is the Forney and it is your fault, you can contact Bachmann service to see what your options are.  Generally repair service costs about $75 and there may be other charges see the link below:

Give them a call tomorrow and state what happened and go from there!

If your problem is with the Phoenix board check out their website support page.

If the Phoenix support page does not help give them a call.  The folks at Phoenix who answer tyhe phone are experts who can help with most any problem.
