I just tried the link and it worked fine for me.  It does take a few seconds to load.

I think the link is ok, I checked it and it is working, it is a large file with a lot of pictures and will take a good while to load. Try it again but give it a lot more time to load and when you think is should have loaded give it still more time.  I have a fast processor and it takes a while to load on my machine due to the size.

Win 7 computer using firefox or IE explore both loaded it fine I did a test and it took a long time to load the first time, but once in the cache it loaded the second time in 4 seconds.  I do not have a win 8 computer so I am unable to say if there is a problem with those .  I wish I could be of further help but I am definitely not computer geek wise!! Sorry

Mike
I had to hit compatibility view(looks like a "torn page" next to "refresh" in address box)
It loaded fast, no wait time.
