Spectrum HO Scale "Shay" Item 81907

1.   I require the right type of oil and grease for the Bachmann Spectrum Series HO Scale Shay Locomotive. – Could sdomebody tell me where
      it is available and suggest some Brand names please??? -  I will have to import these since in India it is a very nascent hobby with not too
      many Hobbyists, I suppose due to too little media exposure & no outlets. 

2.   Could someone tell me where I might find literature with diagrams on how to   service/lubricate the engine, PLEASE?

3.   Do the Locomotives come from from the Factory Oiled and Greased, Or before the first use the buyer has to Oil and Grease them?

4.   Which Decoder would be best suitable for this engine?
