Sound Value Decoders

I recently purchased a RS3 Sound Value equipped loco. Is there a start up/shut down function key? Also are there more than the 9 function keys listed in the Quick Start Guide? I guess in order to change the horn selections I need to change CV 115.

I would appreciate any comments on the above subjects. Thank you, Dick Brady

A: Yes, but not all in use.
