I ordered this product because I have not seeen one better than your model. I have USA track and would like to know if the model ordered will match with my track. If not, I can cancel the order because it is still on back order.

It won't match precisely, but it's fairly easy to adapt.
As for cancelling the order, that will depend upon with whom the order was placed.
