Hello-I have an HO 4-4-0 Richmond (factory DCC equipped) with a non-functioning headlight.  I have tried the usual manipulations of function and CV settings, trying it DC only, etc and it doesn't work under any circumstances.

I have emailed the service/repairs department twice without a response.  Any suggestions on how to successfully contact these folks?

      Many Thanks,  Gary Raizes

I have called before rather than emailing and have promptly received a response within a day.  The website says you can use this number:
Telephone: 800-356-3910 (toll free; US and Canada residents only.)

The best way to deal with Bachmann's service dept is by phone.

Very frustrated in getting a reply from service.  I've emailed left multiple messages on answer machines.  I've tried various departments trying to find out the status of my repair, which I mailed to Phila. the end of October.  Here it is almost mid January and not a word.  I did get one brief insolent answer that it went into the "system" and should be out in 6 weeks. Giving that is 6 workweeks I figured roughly December 14th.  Well it has come and gone and I haven't been able to raise anybody since.  I waited till after the holidays plus a week and tried again today Jan. 12th.  Left a message at the status of repair phone line and the supervisor's phone line.  I finally gave up leaving messages when I tried the option to speak to an operator and got another bleeping answering machine.  I tried to consider lunch hours and worked around those but all to no avail.  If Mr. Bach Man is an employee and reviews this post would you PLEASE!!!!! check on repair order number 65746.  Thanks for any assistance that could be given.
