parts dept doesn't return calls for large scale parts

What's the story on the parts department? I have an event to run at this Saturday and left telephone messages Monday and Tuesday looking to place an order and get no response.

I have a 4-6-0 with a broken battery cover hinge. Are they available? Guess I'll have to wing it!

Sorry you had a bad experience.  All you really had to do was check out the Parts, Service, & INfo button above right on this website, then go to parts then to Large scale 4-6-0 and you would have seen that your part is available and could have been ordered online without any fuss.
