Figuring out how to make Lady

I figured out how to make lady in Ho scale However I need to wait until I can get my hands on either a bill and ben model train or a Percy model and a duplicate

I believe you can take an ERTL toy version of Lady and give it OO wheels like others have in the past. Google "HO(or OO) Lady" and eventually you'll find a blog explaining how to do it.
Or, you can always just take bits and pieces of other engines and 'bash' one together.
If I were to, I'd want to go for the second option- sounds more fun!
