I have a big hauler train set is there a way to install a sound board so the train will have steam sound and whistle and bell sounds?

There are a number of full feature sound systems available, all of which will easily fit in your tender. The price, however, may exceed that of your entire set.
Price will depend upon how you choose to control your trains.

In the below search link, look at the first link. These forums are good but generally you can find many more answers in a Google search with links to store in Favorites. I have found over the years that a picture is worth a thousand words.
