DCC Decoders

Question for the Bach Man...  Do you know if the B23/B30-7 Diesel Locomotive (Item Number 11105) is DCC Ready?  Or do I need a decoder without the 8- pin plug to convert it to DCC?  Which decoder do you recommend?

The locomotive is not "DCC Ready", but it can be converted to DCC by hard wiring a decoder. There is not enough room for sound though, unless you do some milling, rearranging, and removing of some parts. A smaller decoder like a DZ123 would fit well.
