How do I remove the shell from the locomotive? In the exploded view looks, it like taking the screw out from under the cab should do it. What an I missing?

The solution given looks like it will work. But now, here is my question. In Bachman's exploded view it looks like the rear screw holds the shell on the locomotive. After removing the screw I still was not able to remove the shell to connect the wires. Is there something I am missing?

I have the same problem. Engine stalls when it comes to a switch. It does not derail. I think adding extra pick-up on the tender would help but am not sure how to go about it.

First:
Has anyone tried adding sound to an 0-6-0? Is there enough room? What about putting it in the tender?

Second:What about converting the front coupler to a operating one?
